Marketplace delivery questions
Do I need to be at the pickup?
No. Once payment is settled with the seller, we confirm the item against the listing photos, load it and bring it to you.
What if the item isn't as described?
Our crew photographs the item before loading. If it doesn't match the listing, we contact you before touching it so you can cancel.
Can you disassemble a bed or sectional at pickup?
Yes. Basic disassembly at pickup and reassembly at delivery can be added to your quote — often the only way a large piece fits through a door.
Do you do same-day marketplace pickups?
Frequently. Sellers usually want the item gone quickly, so tell us the deadline and we'll try to fit it into the day's route.
