Store pickup questions
What do you need from me to pick up an order?
The store location, your name on the order, the order or invoice number, and the pickup window. Some retailers require written authorization, which we can send you as a template.
Is store pickup cheaper than store delivery?
Usually yes — and store delivery normally stops at your door or garage. Our price includes bringing it into the room and installing it.
What if the item is damaged at the dock?
Our crew inspects the packaging before loading and photographs anything questionable, so you can refuse or exchange before it leaves the store.
Can you do multiple stores in one trip?
Yes. Combining pickups into one route is the cheapest way to furnish a room or a whole home.
Buying second-hand instead?
We coordinate Facebook Marketplace and Kijiji pickups directly with the seller.
