What the price includes
Why flat pricing instead of hourly?
Hourly billing punishes you for tight staircases and slow elevators. We quote one all-in price from your photos and addresses, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
What can change the price after booking?
Only things we could not see: an extra item added on the day, a different address, or an access restriction nobody mentioned. We confirm any change with you before we lift anything.
Do you charge extra for stairs?
Stairs are priced into the quote up front, so there is no surprise stair fee at the door. Tell us the number of flights and we build it in.
Is disposal of my old item included?
Removal of packaging is always included. Hauling away an old sofa, mattress or appliance is an add-on because of landfill and recycling fees — we quote it with the job.
