Residential delivery questions
Will you bring it to the room I want?
Yes. Every residential job is room-of-choice: upstairs bedroom, basement gym, third-floor walk-up. Tell us the destination and any stairs when you request a quote.
Do you assemble flat-pack furniture?
We assemble beds, wardrobes, dressers, dining sets, desks and shelving, then remove and recycle the boxes before we leave.
Can you install my new washer and take the old one?
Yes. We disconnect and remove the old unit, position and level the new one, connect water and vent lines, and run a test cycle.
Do you actually install, or just deliver?
We install. Every quote can include full assembly, TV wall mounting, appliance hookup, levelling and testing, plus removal of boxes and packaging. You do not need to book a separate handyman.
Can you pick up from a store I already bought from?
Yes. Send us the store, the order number and the pickup window. We handle the paperwork at the loading dock, load carefully and deliver straight to your room of choice.
Do you pick up Facebook Marketplace and Kijiji items?
That is one of our most popular services. We coordinate with the seller, confirm the item at pickup, and bring it to you — so you never have to borrow a truck or bring a friend.
