Condo Delivery Rules in Toronto: Elevators and Insurance
Condo boards are strict for good reason. Meeting their rules is what makes a delivery smooth.
Book the service elevator
Most buildings allow moves in two-hour blocks on weekdays. Book through the concierge or property manager and ask for the loading dock clearance height.
Certificate of insurance
Buildings usually require proof of liability insurance naming the corporation. We provide this on request before the delivery date.
Protect the common areas
Elevator blankets, floor runners and door jamb guards are standard on our condo jobs.
